What are the responsibilities of each of the ranks, IC and OOC?

Are there any /IC/ policies we ought to know about? For me, one specific one is, what if some of the /IC/ characters don't get along? I can't imagine this not having come up in game already, everyone liking and accepting one another would be awfully boring

Also, as weird as it may seem, any chance of a Forum section for 'profile' pages, of our IC selves, maybe some general idea of what might be generally known or easy to find out, vs background info that it's unlikely anyone outside certain circles would know. Maybe some way of linking the people who want to be avid Rpers with one another, and the ones who are not interested in RP don't get bothered

Also, there's nothing saying everyone in the guild has to get along. There are several mini-plots going on involving just that. There are certainly quite a few people who don't like Archeon, and probably never will, for example.

As for rank responsibilities, I'll let Eli take that one. I'm so generous.

M'kay, I'm not an officer or anything, but I did see some things I can answer =)

There are, indeed, characters within the Symphony who don't get along IC'ly.  I can give you a good example-- Ter 'thelas hates everybody.  Kidding!  But, he is not on very good terms with any of the characters who were once part of Archeons 'evil quilting club,'  especially Peredhel.  Per was once Ter's best friend, and when he went evil and Ter wouldn't join in the fun... Per gouged his eye out. 
But, there is a thread somewhere in the guild discussion where ppl have posted to tell who their characters are and how they relate to others.  {Edit:  To add a link!}

There is a character bio section in the guild-only forums =)

The responsibility of those In Audition are to find someone to ask to be their sponsor, which will make them be Initiates.  The responsibility of an Initiate is to complete the quest the sponsor gives them and report back to their sponsor once their done.  Once you're raised to Listener, just be your cool self.
